Vertical packaging machines
Machines for packaging products, weighing a few grams up to 50 kg, such as: soil, compost, peat, bark, wooden pellets, fertilizers, washing powder, sand, stones, aggregates, pet food, powders, salt, coffee, sugar, short pasta, rice, flour, spices, milk, oil etc.
Food products
Machines designed for packaging food products into 50 g to 50 kg bags. Possibility to install an automatic system to insert the bag into a carton box. The following products can be packaged: short pasta, biscuits, sweets, flours, spices, dry pulses, chips, dry fruit, sugar, coffee, rice, salt, snacks, frozen vegetables and fruit etc.
Soil, compost and bark
Machines designed for packaging soil, compost and bark into 5 lt to 80 lt bags. Different models are available according to the bag volume and sizes and to the required production speeds. Also complete with special dosing systems. Possibility to install a special vertical compression system to obtain 25 lt squared bales with handle. The following products can be packaged: soil, peat, compost, bark etc. Machines designed for vertical pressing and packaging of peat and soil into 150-250-300 lt squared pressed bales. Complete with volumetric doser and hydraulic compression system.
Granular products
Machines designed for packaging loose granular products into 50 g to 50 kg bags. Different models are available according to the product, to the bag weight and sizes and to the required production speeds. Also complete with special weighing systems. The following products can be packaged: wood pellets, animal feed, pet food, fertilizers, nuts and bolts, salt, glass granules, short pasta, dry fruit, pulses etc.
Washing powder and chemical products
Machines designed for packaging washing powders and chemical products into 50 g to 50 kg bags. The following products can be packaged: washing powders, chemical products, tyre powders, fertilizers etc.
Building products
Machines designed for packaging building products into 5 kg to 30 kg bags. The following products can be packaged: sand, lapillus, perlite, gravel, stones, pebbles, rocks, cement, pre-mixed products, gypsum, slaked lime, plasters etc.
Liquid products
Machines designed for packaging liquid products into 0.5 lt to 30 lt bags. The following products can be packaged: water, milk, oil, fruit juice, slaked lime, plasters etc.

A robust system for large volumes
We offer fully automated systems: bags are formed starting from flat film rolls or semi-automatic systems that use pre-formed bags, appropriately selected for the type, weight, volume of the product to be packed and the required production speed:
